None Eliminated..
Yet again none is eliminated from the 4 contestants in Anu alavum bayam illai season 2... Already this season is not so interesting and still if they dont have eliminations for alternative weeks then its getting boring.. what say??? This week in the show, there were 2 tasks given to the contestants.. why is this season having most of the tasks at high altitude ??. First day everyone completed their task and on second day it was little risky task where car was hung at 60 feet height.. and water being poured on the car where contestant will be there.. Flags needs to be plucked from one end and placed on the other side.. It was only Mahalakshmi to complete the task and all others had dropped atleast one flag. It means that only Mahalakshmi completed this week;s task and there was no elimination.. reason being almost everyone had completed the tasks in very close timings and none will be eliminated. I think the contest will be good only when there is competition and the show should not have most of the contestants without completing the task. Lets see what happens next week.. this week it was Mahalakshmi bagging the best performance award for the week with all others being not eligible..

Simar eliminated..
Last week in Anu alavum bayamillai it was Simar who got eliminated from the show.. I was thinking that Vandana would get an exit in this round but it was Tinki (Simar). This season of the anu alavum bayam illai is not so interesting and I dont follow it properly.. I got a feel that last season was really good and this season does not match to it. More to it is Anu Haasan's anchoring.. I think Lakshi Rai could have contested in the show and not host the show..it would have been better..

Preetha Eliminated..
Finally the elimination in Anu alavum bayam illai season 2 started this week.. its been practice/rehearsal rounds for the contestants and this week it was the first elimination of the season. It was Preetha to get eliminated in this round at very early stages of the contest. This was the first elimination round and there were two tasks given to the contestants. First task is to get into a glass box and they will have cocckroach, rats and beeds.. the contestants got to stitch the beeds in the thread.. the second task was to walk in very high altitude joins.. Preetha was not able to complete her second task and that made her out of the competition straight away.. all others completed their task and Neelima Rani had the best performance of the week...

No Elimination !!!
There was no elimination in the first competitive round of Anu Alavum bayam illa season 2. I was eagerly waiting to see the difficulty in the round and who is going to get eliminate first... but to my surprise they had non elimination round. Its really getting bored if the show is not attractive or not interesting. I dont think of same excitement in watching the first season and the anchoring is not really good by Lakshmi Rai. What do you guys think on it ??
Initially it was announced that Vandana is eliminated from the show since her performance was the poorest amongst all but suddenly Neelima asked we dont want elimination this week.. immediately Lakshmi Rai said Okay.. we will not have elimination.. I donno whats their plan.. to make the show interesting or to drag the show. Lakshmi Rai's Tamizh pronounciation is also not great and does not give good impression. I think if this is the way Anu alavum bayam illai carries.. it will soon be eliminated from the Vijay TV shows..

Anu alavum bayam illai season 2
The sensational success of the first season of Anu Alavum Bayamillai has paved way to come up with its second edition titled ‘Rin Anu Alavum Bayamillai Season 2’. Launching on October 30, 2009, the second season would witness seven damsels - Neelima Rani, Tinky, Mahalakshmi, Priyadarshini, Preetha, Vandhana and Sneha Nambiyar.
Season 1 winner, VJ Pooja proudly walked away with the coveted title along with a car as a surprise prize. Pooja on her victory march said, “This show has tested my guts and my confidence levels have reached great heights and I feel energized”.
The Season 1 beauties had faced towering heights, creepy rats, slithering reptiles, blazing fires and cold ice blocks with extreme boldness. Season 2 will have even more daring and innovative tasks that will be monitored by panel of experienced experts. The seven damsels would be given incessant training by the panel group to perform all the tasks with utmost confidence.
This season sees the entry of a new host ‘Lakshmi Rai’. She is glad to be part of the show again and loves her new role of playing a host. She has already been a part of the Anu Alavum Bayamillai series where she has performed many such daring tasks. Best of Anu alavum bayam illai..
Its now turn for the best of Anu alavum bayamillai in Vijay TV from this week.. I think this might run for next one more week and probably next season of the show would start. Initially the show was introduced as Anu alavum bayamillai and during the midst of the show, Anu started calling it season 1 and she continues to do that. Now even for the best of Anu alavum bayam illai... Anu says it to be best of the season 1. So, that clearly says that Season 2 is going to follow.. Initially there were rumours that after Anu alavum bayam illai is over, koffee with Anu season 3 will start soon and there was also rumours that Koffee with Anu will have some other celebrity and title of the show would get changed.
Now, it looks like there will be either Anu alavuam bayam illai season 2 to start soon or Koffee with Anu season 3 to start..in both the cases Anu will be riding the show which she is well versed with. For me, let them start anything but they should start immediately..

Pooja - The WINNER
VJ Pooja emerged winner of the realty show Anu alavuam bayam illai.. it was the grand finale this week and the show had VJ Pooja from SS music, Tarika and Santhoshi competing in the finals of the show. It was a very very tough competition between Pooja and Tarika. The show had 2 levels of tasks after which Santhoshi was eliminated. Later it was left with Tarika and Pooja to emerge as winner. Then the competition became still more difficult with both of them showed loads of courage, patience, stamina, will power.. it became very difficult for the organizers to choose a winner.. with task 3 getting over there were none emerged victorious.. so, the show continued with tie breaker.. the tie breaker saw Pooja as the winner. Pooja's reaction after winning was way too good.. she was running and jumping for almost few minutes.. yeah.. ofcourse it brought out the happiness of her efforts and hard work. Pooja takes home a car by winning this show.. I will write another post to explain the tasks later..
Grand Finale
The winner of nail-biting reality show Anu Alavum Bayamillai will be announced this week as the finals begin. In the recall round, Santoshi emerged the third finalist. VJ Pooja and Thaarika are the other two finalists.
The finals will see the contestants face tough tasks. Spread over three levels, each will test their fear quotient, stamina and will power. The one who completes the tasks in the least time will be adjudged winner. Whom do you think will be the winner ???

Santhoshi gets into finals..
It was Santhoshi to get selected in the recall round in Anu alavum bayamillai show last week. The show had the recall round after Tarika & VJ Pooja got the finals berth. The recal round was found to be tough competition between Santhoshi and Sandra. Aarthi did not make it up to the show with some personal reasons.. I guess since she is getting married she does not want to take any risk. It was left with Kutti Pooja, Ujjaini, Santhoshi and Sandra to fight for the final spot.
Kutti Pooja did not attempt and was directly eliminated from this round. I thought Ujjaini will not attempt but she made me wrong. She attempted and tried to her potential but when the flag was near snake's head she did not go further. Sandra and Santhoshi completed their tasks and they were almost equal.. the show was very interesting because Anu did not reveal the timings of any contestant until the last contestant completed her task. This brought in more curiosity for the numbers... finally it was Santhoshi who was better than Sandra by 17 seconds to go through to finals.. I felt sad for Sandra.. who knows Vijay TV would have recall round 2 and have Sandra for finals ;)

Recall Round to follow..
This week in the Anu alavum bayam illai it will be recall round.. yeah Vijay TV is back again with their RECALL stratergy that they follow in any realty show... I also think that all these realty shows have more than 2 contestants in the finals which should not be the ideal scenario in any game. lets leave that apart.. but with Santhoshi getting eliminated in the last week's show it is now left with VJ Pooja and Tarika in the finals list. This week's recall round will choose one contestant and that contestant will be joining Pooja,Tarika with the finals list.
Who has the chance ?
With the current scenario Santhoshi has more chance to get into the final round because she is the one who got eliminated last and she had got more experience in doing tasks. But, if this task is in water she has little trouble completing the same faster. Sandra is out earlier itself after she fell unconscious but this time she might prove that she is very brave. Aarthi is also good with her will power and she had proved herself few times but anything with water she definitely has loads of trouble. Kutti Pooja is even a contender but I am not sure how well she could cope up with all the tasks. Finally, ujjaini... she had not done any task so no comments on her chance until we see something really being done.

Santhoshi Eliminated..
Santhoshi was eliminated in the Anu alavum bayam illai show last week.. it was the semifinals in the show and there was real tough competition between the 3 contestants Santhoshi, VJ Pooja and Tarika. I first thought it would be Santhoshi to get eliminated because other two were doing an extra ordinary effort in their tasks. But, it was a very close fight between Tarika and Santhoshi.. all 3 contestants completed their task and Pooja was clear finalists since she completed the tasks in lesser time. Tarika and Santhoshi had a small task to be completed and winner of that will be a direct finalist and the other will be eliminated. Both of them did their task and it was Tarika who was better than Snathoshi.. it was 10 seconds and 7 seconds taken by them. Anu finally announced that she was disappointed seeing Santhoshi eliminated but there is going to be a recall round which will have all the 5 eliminated contestant and one amongst them will be selected for the finals.

Semifinals..
It is the semifinals in Anu alavum bayam illai show this week.. the show has top 3 contestants Santhoshi, Tarika and VJ Pooja fighting to win the game. With the 3 ppl still waiting for the winner.. it is the Semifinals this week in the show. The show looks to have task with Fire, Water, Rats and many more.. Everytime the show has a task.. its been with any of the 5 elements of the earth and this week's semifinals has 2 of them even. Also, there would be a task with fire and looks like Pooja had got hurt..We will have to wait and see on this.
With Arthi being eliminated from the show last week this week even there wil be one contestant out from the show. This will make the final 2 to compete in the finals and either of them will emerge as winner. All the 3 contestants has good physic and they can jump, run and do everything and looks to be flexible.

Arthi Eliminated
It was Aarthi whos eliminated from the Anu alavum bayam illai show last week. The show is getting interesting as the level goes up and I think this show had got lot of viewers even. It was really difficult for Arthi to compete with the other contestants who are continuously getting best performer award every week. I think it was a very good run by Arthi given her physic and she had performed really well to be in the top 4 in competition.
Water Challenge again..
It was the challenge in water again but it was unlike the previous water game which was non-competitive round ;). There was a glass box which contains water and water can be filled in it even. So, the first task was to enter into the tank from top upside down. There will be a small box screwed all 4 sides in the bottom of the tank and upon opening the box there will be a stone( i dont remember exactly this).. Contestant got to enter upside down (ofcourse tied with the rope) and unscrew the box with spanner and take up the material. Water will be already available in the tank and water will also be filled continuosly from the top.
Next task was to stand in the tank with some water. Legs will be tied with a chain and locked. There would be 3 keys in the bottom of tank which the contestants got to search with their hands only. When they find it they will have to open by having their head immersed in water. AFter opening the 2 locks, there will be another lock on top of the tank which also should be opened. This task also has water coming into the tank regularly.
Now having Arthi eliminated from the show, it is with Santhoshi, VJ Pooja and Tarika competing for the next level in the competition..lets see how it goes..

Sandra's elimination..
Sandra was everywhere in Vijay TV and now its one feather out of her cap.. she was eliminated last to last week in Anu alavum bayam illai show. She was doing well in all the rounds in the competition and it looked like she would make it to finals in the competition. But, sadly last week due to her health issues she was eliminated. She was taken to hospital and she did not come back to complete her task.
This round was in the middle of fire and all the contestants were really trying hard to get to next round. Sandra when performing the task got fainted and fell down.. later she became unconscious and rushed to hospital. Since she could not complete her task she was eliminated in that round from the competition. I thought Vijay TV would give her a chance to come back but I dont think that would happen. This kind of elimination should nto happen unless the contestant is not able to complete her task or not willing to complete her task...

Pooja Eliminated..
Its kutty Pooja who got eliminated from Anu alavum bayam illai show this week.. it was really a very difficult round and that too for both the Poojas it was.. since they attempted the competition first and second..atleast others got a chance to learn from their mistakes.. VJ Pooja had been very active and completing her task very well but this time she was the first contestant and she took quite a long time to complete her task. I first thought it would be either kutty Pooja or Aarthi to get eliminated since they both are not so fit physically. But, to my surprise Aarthi went to next round with ease.. she did not had much of problems..
Last week it was Sandra who got eliminated from the competition.. it was very sad that Sandra was out. I did not post about it.. Sandra has been doing very well in here and last week where the task was to go with the fire and get keys and flag. Sandra when jumping from a height wall got fainted n became unconscious.. she was then taken to hospital. Since she didnt complete her task she was eliminated.

Its with Ice..
This week in Anu alavum bayam illai it will be with ice.. last week after fire this week with ice. It has been very interesting round until now and this is the most difficult round of the show.. From the promotional video it was like Pooja Vs Pooja for the elimination. sterday Pooja did her task in 45 minutes and then Santhoshi in 41 minutes... after they are done with their task there should be someone to help them out to warm up.. its so cold that after completing their task they fall down.. i think its dangerous even. I am wondering how difficult it would be as and when the show goes on.. future shows are going to be very difficult and interesting.

Sandra everywhere !!!
After Shivakarthikeyan who was appearing for quite a few shows in Vijay TV.. its now time for Sandra.. Yeah, Sandra initially introduced in the show in Neeya Naana when Prajin came as a special guest. During this time, Gopinath called Sandra and asked some question to her for the show. Then, her first appearance was in Roja Kootam in "Janani" character. Her role in the serial is to be innocent and she has done her best. We could see the way she acts in the serial. Then its with 2 new realty shows Boys Vs Girls season 2 and Anu alavum bayam illai.
In Boys Vs Girls season 2, she is the captain for the Girls team and first I thought that there were many other people who can be made as captain.. but after her few performances I have changed my mind that she deserves to be captain. Still I could say that there are few girls who also deserves to lead their team. Anu alavum bayam illai shows her brave and courage.. she is able to do the tasks with ease and in warm up week, she played with snake.. it was really unbelievable.. I was shocked seeing that.
With these many roles in the Vijay TV, I guess Sandra is going to go long way. I am sure now itself she had reached lots of viewers and had got a huge fan following her. Great going Sandra !!!

Week with Fire..
This week in Anu alavum bayam illai, the contestants will be asked to complete some tasks in the middle of fire. We hav already seen that the show was really scary with the snakes round in the first competitive round and there has two non competitive rounds which were even really difficult tasks. Having said that, completing tasks in fire is really going to be a difficult taks and from the promotional video it looks like Sandra while performing her task, slips and taken in stretcher.. she was indeed rushed to hospital.

Independence day special to be Non Competitive
Anu alavum bayam illai, the latest challenge show with 7 women will have special show for independence day and there wont be any elimination in the show this week. This week again, it would be kind of practice or fun round where the contestants have their self confidence increased and get themselves strengthened. This week it is going to be in water.. might be in the sea and having the contestants doing some tasks in there. Lets see how it goes..
Ujjaini Eliminated
Last week it was the first competitive round in Anu alavum Bayamillai. It was very scary for me to see the episode. I am very scared with snakes and that made me not to see the show fully. But, I guess it was a very good job done by the ladies out there... I was really shocked when they were in the box which has lots of snakes for more than 20 minutes... really Incredible !!! How did you guys felt on this round ?

But, she was not ready to do the task since she is afraid of Snakes a lot. I liked the way she said "I love myself a lot and I dont want to take risk". Anu tried her best to make her participate in the round but she was not convinced to take up the challenge.

Anu alavum Bayamillai.. Getting Started
Fear is one's worst enemy, haunting most of us at various levels and in many forms. Many people try to deal with their various phobias towards dogs, heights, dark places, spiders and others while some are brave enough to attempt to face them; others completely shy away from the situation.
Vijay TV proudly presents seven ladies who are ready to face their worst fears on the latest reality show "Tata Docomo Anu Alavum Bayamillai" launching July 31st at 9pm.! Kutty Pooja, Aarthi, Tharikaa, Santoshi, Sandra, VJ Pooja and playback singer Ujjaini are just like any other girl with fears, but have been brave enough to face these fears!
Their will power and courage will be put to test, as these brave young women will take on some very exciting and exhilarating challenges. They face threatening heights, creepy rats, slithering snakes and chilling fires with extreme valor, to make it as the one woman who has conquered her fear. The one who fears and unable to complete the task will face elimination.
Anu Haasan, known for her fearless attitude takes these seven women through their various challenges encouraging them to ace ahead. These charming young women have undergone a special training with the Tamilnadu Police which has helped them hone their physical and mental abilities to do such daunting tasks.
